What did your career look like before you started at VASCO?

As a computer engineer specialized in telecommunications holding an MS in Business Administration and Project Management, I started my career with HSBC and Saudi British Bank as a Corporate Employee Privilege Scheme Manager and later as Sales Business Development Manager. In 2005, I developed the sales force of the Central Province Management as an Area Sales Manager.

Why did you choose to join VASCO?

As a young dynamic and driven self starter, I was looking for a multinational organization in which I could develop and challenge my sales and interpersonal skills within an international business context, a company which would offer me extensive training and opportunities to achieve new milestones in my career. How would you describe your first year with VASCO?

Working at VASCO has broadened the scope of my career since I had the opportunity to work from a remote office and travel within the Middle East and Gulf region.

The "long distance" responsibility was an additional challenge to overcome and learn from. After one year, it was possible for me to become a security authentication consultant for the customers in the region.

How would you define our company culture?

VASCO is present in more than 100 countries and most of us have daily contacts with each other offering us the possibility to exchange thoughts and share expertise.

 The multicultural VASCO staff makes it possible to better understand customers from all around the world as well as to constantly learn from one another.

Would you recommend VASCO as an employer?

Despite the worldwide crisis, VASCO remains the market leader in strong authentication and has witnessed great achievements and success stories throughout the years.
