With the introduction of its proprietary CashPro® Web suite of services, ABN AMRO ushered in a new era of convenience by making it possible for customers to perform a variety of treasury management activities online. ABN AMRO incorporated the VASCO Digipass family of authentication tokens into its security architecture. The bank provides an individually programmed Digipass 300 token to every customer who signs up to use its CashPro Web suite of applications. The security token is used to provide up to three different levels of authentication - without requiring the installation of any software or hardware on the customer's systems. FESA

FESA designs, produces and distributes products and services required to optimize the handling and registration of data involved in transactions. The security solution implemented by FESA is build based on VASCO’s advanced authentication platform. This platform is used to authenticate, authorize and audit remote login connections placed by Banks. Financial institutions access FESA’s high security communications central node via RAS devices. Users authentication is then performed via dynamic passwords generated through VASCO’s AccessKey II Tokens operating in OTP challenge-response mode, previously assigned and activated for each user Sessions are validated by a VACMAN RADIUS Server, responsible for the authentication, authorization and generation of audit records for every transaction. The complete solution integrates biometric authentication of the operators applied before access to information transmitted by the banks is granted and data encryption procedures with public/private encryption keys stored in smartcards at both ends. PZ Vlas

PZ Vlas makes security a priority by using VASCO’s DIGIPASS® 820 E-id reader In this digital age, Belgium was one of the first countries to implement and distribute E-id-cards to its citizens. Data like the name of the citizen, the card number and a photo are printed on these new E-id cards, while other data like address information are stored on the chip of the card. Currently, the Goethe-Institut has a network of 3,100 employees in 77 countries. The Munich headquartered organisation plans and organises programmes and events focussing on education, the arts, society, science and research, the media and information. Annually, over 175,000 people around the globe study the German language by attending courses organised by the Goethe-Institut. The institute proudly bears the name of Johann Wolfgang von Goethe, giant of German literature and one of the main pillars of German culture. The Goethe-Institut uses VASCO's Digipass GO1 and VACMAN Radius Middleware strong authentication to offer its remote workers secure access to the corporate network. To allow employees from local German branches access to the Munich based headquarters' network via a VPN connection, the Goethe-Institut uses VASCO's Digipass GO1 strong user authentication and VACMAN Radius Middleware. Teachers working at the Goethe-Institut can prepare their courses attheir home office in a secure and user-friendly way by using their Digipass to enter the Goethe-Institut's internal network. Employees working at the Munich headquarters can use VASCO's Digipass GO1 for home working purposes.  Five subsidiaries of the Goethe-Institut based in the US use Digipass GO1 to securely access the Munich office's internal network. Leuven University Hospital, Belgium

VASCO Awards UZ Leuven... Leading medical technology, high quality innovative medicine, care and trust are part of the Leuven University Hospital's mission. With its 1927 beds and more than 7300 staff members, the UZ Leuven is one of the largest and most renowned health care centres in the Benelux. The UZ is also a leader when it comes to ICT. The Royal Belgian Football Association
