DIGIPASS Pack for Remote Authentication with VACMAN Middleware contains VACMAN Middleware software and DIGIPASS GO 6 authenticators.
VACMAN Middleware is a software suite specifically designed to secure remote applications for small and medium-sized businesses. This state-of-the art VASCO product is used to verify authentication requests and to centrally administer user authentication policies.

DIGIPASS GO 6 is an authentication device that generates one-time passwords. Each DIGIPASS is individually assigned to a user. With a simple push on a button, the user generates a dynamic password required for remote login.

How does it work

VACMAN Middleware is a lightweight software suite that enables DIGIPASS strong authentication on the back-end. It verifies authentication requests and centrally administers user authentication policies.

• The user presses the button of the DIGIPASS authenticator. A one-time password is generated.
• This one-time password is entered into a login screen along with a PIN code.
• VACMAN Middleware verifies the authentication request on the back-end
• If the password generated by the user matches the password on the server side, access is granted
• A new password will be generated at each login, therefore eliminating the risk of password theft and unauthorized access
