Scott M. Clements
Scott M. Clements is VASCO’s President and Chief Executive Officer. Scott has extensive experience in leadership roles in the technology industry with a strong focus on developing and deploying successful business strategies that integrate customer needs and technology innovation. Before joining VASCO, Scott spent eleven years at Tyco International where he most recently served as Corporate Senior Vice President, Business Development focused on technology acquisitions. Prior to that, Scott served as President of Tyco Retail Solutions and also as Tyco's Chief Technology Officer. Before joining Tyco, Scott spent a decade at Honeywell International in domestic and international financial and operational leadership roles. Scott received a bachelor's degree in chemical engineering and advanced process control from The Ohio State University and an MBA in finance and corporate strategy from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor.
Mark Hoyt has served as VASCO’s Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer since October 2015. Mark Hoyt has over 25 years of experience with growing global businesses in Financial, Accounting and International Business Development roles. He began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers in Cincinnati, followed by positions in Accounting, Finance and Business Development at Motorola, Inc. based in Chicago and London. Immediately prior to joining VASCO, Mark served as the Chief Financial Officer of Groupon, Inc. operations in Europe, Middle East and Africa based in Schaffhausen, Switzerland. Mark is on the Board of Future Founders and was honored as a Leadership Greater Chicago Fellow and as a member of the Chicago Council on Global Affairs Emerging Leaders class of 2012. Mark received a B.S. in Accountancy from Miami University, an MBA from University of Chicago Booth School of Business and is a CPA.
Steven Worth is General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer, Corporate Secretary and member of the executive team. His 20+ years of industry experience includes software, SaaS, technology services, and consulting. Before joining VASCO, Steven was on the executive team at SilkRoad Technology, a leader in SaaS human resources applications. Prior to that, Steven was General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Diamond Management and Technology Consultants, an international publicly traded technology services firm. He helped build Diamond’s business and played a key role in its 2010 sale. Steven practiced with a large international law firm after he graduated with MBA and J.D. degrees from the University of Wisconsin and a B.S. in Industry and Labor Relations from Cornell University.
Benoit Grange is Chief Technology Officer and Vice President of Product Management for VASCO. He joined the company in 1997 and his extensive experience in product management, product strategy, and leading engineering teams has helped VASCO generate significant growth. Benoit manages the research and development organization that has built VASCO’s powerful trust platform that empowers businesses by incorporating identity, fraud prevention, electronic and transaction signing, mobile application protection and risk analysis. Benoit is responsible for product development and the long term technology direction at VASCO. He holds a Master’s degree in Mathematics from the University of Bordeaux.
John Gunn is VASCO’s Chief Marketing Officer. He joined VASCO in 2014 and is a member of the executive team. John has more than two decades of leadership experience in the IT security and software segments. Before joining VASCO, John launched and led the Security Solutions Group at Harland Clarke where he developed a SaaS-based consumer identity protection solution. John was General Manager of North America and Vice President Global Marketing for Aladdin Knowledge Systems, a global leader in authentication and application protection solutions. Prior to Aladdin, John was President of VisionTek, a consumer technology products company. He is an expert on IT security issues and is frequently quoted in the media. John received his B.A. degree in Economics and Business from the University of California, Los Angeles.
