Arco Information delivers a complete, safe and out-of-the-box product to legally replace the paper invoices by electronic invoices. Companies or organizations that are already scanning documents but that store paper invoices for legal reasons can now get rid of the paper. The solution is based on the advanced electronic signature and timestamp. The technology is provided by leading supplier ARX with the product CoSign. Initial delivery is the legal compliance with the Belgian circular AOIF16/2008 of the Belgian FOD Finance.
VASCO DIGIPASS offers one-time password (OTP) technology to protect user login. It ensures that only authenticated users get access. When VASCO DIGIPASS is added to ARCO LegalStore, the end-user will be asked for an OTP from the moment he wants to logon to the ARCO LegalStore logon page. This OTP is generated by a DIGIPASS authenticator. To validate the OTP, ARCO LegalStore will communicate with IDENTIKEY Authentication Server, VASCO’s back-end authentication software. If the OTP is successfully validated, the user is authenticated and the ARCO LegalStore application is accessible.
